One of the issues that modern culture
has created is the notion that it’s
“normal” to live a life separated
from your InnerSpirit. The focus is more
on numbers and clocks, then on staying
connected to your authentic self. Your
InnerSpirit is your Soul, your Essence,
your Authentic Self, your Higher Wisdom.
There has been such a split in the Mind/Body/Spirit
connection, that knowing what it is we
truly desire can be one of the greatest
challenges of our lives, which greatly
affects our ability to connect to the
Earth and our bodies, in a mindful, loving
and compassionate way. As you start living
a life of being connected to your InnerSpirit,
you’ll soon see miracles happening
all around you!
Through consciously creating your thoughts
and becoming intentful with your energy,
actions, and boundaries, you’ll
become a magnet for success. The happier
you become, the more happiness you attract.
The more wealthy you feel, the more wealth
you will attract. There are several ways
to keep yourself connected to your InnerSpirit.
throughout the day, here are a few idea’s.
Mind:
1. Actively choose to be around people
who are supportive of you and your beliefs.
- As adults, we get to choose who and
what we’re going to be around. If
the thought of going somewhere brings
a feeling of nausea to your stomach, maybe
it’s time to reconsider where you
spend your time.
2. Journal –Remember, old feelings
come up to come out. Give them a voice
through your journaling or creative endeavors
and they won’t fester and bug you
forever. Sometimes, feelings just need
to be heard and then they’ll leave
us alone.
3. Allow yourself a vacation from guilt
– Changes occurring in your life
may bring up old memories of choices you
made or didn’t make in the past.
Repeat after me: “I did the best
I could with the knowledge I had at the
time” Say 10 times per day or anytime
that old guilt monster starts to nag at
your shoulder.

4. Keep your Energy Healthy - the best
cold prevention there is!
Exercise – Even walking just 3 times
per week is extremely effective
Vitamin C – improves energy levels
in the body and encourages health.
Hot Water – Sip hot water with lemon
at your meals, it will help keep you warm,
plus keep your digestion working in smooth
order.

5. Clear Energy Cords often – We
connect Energy Cords with people all day
long, pretty soon, we feel drained if
we don’t release them. Bring your
hands above your head while taking a deep
inhale and on your exhale, bring your
hands in front of you and down while imagining
releasing the Cords connected to you with
your hands. Repeat in the back.
6. Chakra/Energy Clearing – receive
monthly clearings during the winter months.
Daily Energy Movement: Reiki, Qi Gong,
Yoga. Keep the flow of Energy through
your body open to encourage good health
and well-being. Actively do some form
of Energy movement everyday.
7. Give yourself permission to Relax!
Lighten Up! Sometimes, we forget that
our problems are not the biggest in the
world. To help get some perspective, grab
a pen and write a list of 10 things you’re
grateful for right now. Sit with this
list and really feel appreciation for
these items on this list. Take some nice
deep breathes and allow yourself to just
relax and be where you are in the present
moment. All is well.
